Denis joined SDCL in 2021 as an Investment Manager in the Dublin office. Prior to joining SDCL, Denis was an Investment Associate with Allied Irish Banks (AIB) Capital Markets, working in their Equity Investment team.

Denis has 8 years international financial experience completing private equity transactions, initial public offerings, and venture capital fund investments. Denis has also worked in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Consultancy.

Denis has completed a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) with the Institute of Banking, he holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Limerick.
