Eashani joined SDCL in July 2025 as an Associate on the Capital Formation and Investor Relations team at SDCL.

Previously, Eashani worked at Ardian as a Client Servicing Analyst, where she supported the firm’s North American investor base. She then served as an Investor Relations Analyst at Valor Equity Partners, working with a global group of institutional investors across multiple strategies.

Eashani received a Bachelor’s in Finance from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Finance from Purdue University
